MILPLAN Engineering | Onboarding Videos

Silvertake Vídeo was pleased to collaborate with MILPLAN Engenharia: transforming the onboarding lectures for new employees into 10 dynamic and effective videos. This project was born from MILPLAN's need to save team time and speed up the preparation of new employees, presenting the company's rules in a more efficient way.

production process

Silvertake took responsibility for all stages of the project, from adapting the materials from the in-person presentations into clear and objective scripts to the final delivery.

This project demonstrated Silvertake Video's ability to be assertive at every stage:

  • Content Adaptation: We transform in-person presentations into complete scripts, maintaining the coherence and assertiveness of the information.
  • Recording with a Professional Actress: Since this is institutional and timeless material, and to avoid possible future employee turnover, which is common in large companies, we chose to record with an actress. This brought consistency and professionalism to the material.
  • Design and Scenography: The scenography was kept simple, complemented by motions aligned with MILPLAN's visual identity. The use of a split screen with slides was a strategic choice to maintain the sobriety and institutionality of the brand.

The onboarding videos created by Silvertake Vídeo for MILPLAN represented an evolution in the way the company welcomes its new employees. Through visually appealing and didactically sound content, the videos facilitated the transmission of the company's rules and values, optimizing the employee integration process.
