
THE Technosulfur, part of Opta Group, was looking for an innovative way to communicate the Code of Ethics corporate to its employees. The challenge was to create a video that would be didactic and engaging, highlighting the company's ethical guidelines in an accessible way for different audiences and other international subsidiaries. Thus, the project was developed to serve not only Brazilian Portuguese and Libras, but also employees from other countries, with versions in French, Spanish and English, including professional voiceover and cultural adaptation for each language.
The mission was clear: to offer a tool that could be used in onboardings and internal training, promoting ethical alignment between the subsidiaries of the Opta Group.
Script and Multilingual Adaptation: The original script was developed in Portuguese and then adapted to English, Spanish and French, considering the linguistic and cultural particularities of each region. The focus was to ensure that key messages were clearly understood and aligned with the audience of each subsidiary.
Visual Production in Motion Graphics: The animations in motion graphics were planned to be universal and versatile, using icons, illustrations and colors that aligned with the Opta Group's visual identity. This visual approach made it easier to understand the concepts in different languages, reducing possible cultural barriers.
Professional Voiceover and Synchronization: For each version of the video, they were hired professional native speakers in French, Spanish and English, ensuring a natural intonation that is appropriate for the audience of each language. The synchronization of the voiceovers with the visual elements was carefully adjusted to maintain the fluidity of the content in all versions.
Collaborative Review with Subsidiaries: All versions were reviewed in partnership with teams from Opta Group’s international subsidiaries. This step was essential to ensure that each audience received the material in its best possible form.
