CobrapeSilvertake produced a series of institutional and informative videos for COBRAPE (Brazilian Company of Projects and Enterprises). The videos present the Water Supply, Sanitation and Urban Drainage Plan of Paraíba (PAAES-PB) and its regional plans.
The initiative, promoted by the Government of the State of Paraíba, aimed to inform the population and public managers about the guidelines, goals, and benefits of the basic sanitation policy in each region of the state.
How we produce the PAAES-PB videos
The videos were recorded in a professional studio, with sound, lighting, and set design prepared for clear and accessible communication. The script was developed in partnership with the COBRAPE technical team to ensure the accuracy of the information and the fluidity of the presentation.
- Technical script. Developed in collaboration with COBRAPE experts, translating technical sanitation content into language that the general public understands.
- Studio recording. Complete sound, lighting, and stage setup, with a presentation designed to maintain rhythm and clarity.
- Animated graphics package. Created with a visual identity aligned with the official communication of the Government of Paraíba, featuring lettering, split-screen data with slides, maps, regional goals, and statistics.

The clear and institutional audiovisual presentation reinforced the plan's credibility and contributed to the transparency of the government's communication with the public and public administrators. The videos made technical information accessible that would otherwise have been restricted to documents and reports.
