Algar TelecomAlgar Telecom, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Brazil, hired Silvertake to record testimonials from its corporate clients. The project was filmed in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, at the company's headquarters.
How we produce customer testimonials for Algar Telecom
The project combined technical expertise and narrative sensitivity. By recording at the company headquarters and providing script support, we were able to authentically capture customer testimonials, with a unique process for each stage.
- Support in the script. Our collaboration began with the script. We understood the message that Algar Telecom wanted to convey and helped shape it into clear and direct communication.
- On-location recording. The recording took place at Algar Telecom's headquarters in Uberlândia. We coordinated the schedule with the Algar team to ensure the recording was efficient and uninterrupted.
- Directing the scene. Based on what Algar Telecom wanted to achieve, we directed the scene to capture the authenticity and enthusiasm of the customers. The direction made the interviewees comfortable and natural in front of the cameras, even those who had never recorded before.
- Final edition. This edition was created to reflect the Algar Telecom brand and mission. The testimonials were compiled to tell a coherent and persuasive story, showing how Algar positively impacts the lives of its customers.

With authentic testimonials and a well-constructed narrative, the videos amplified the voice of Algar Telecom's corporate solutions and began to show, through the words of the customers themselves, the impact of the company on their daily lives.
