Cásper Líbero College | Online Video Lessons

Cásper Líbero College needed to expand and structure its distance learning (EAD) curriculum. The project required the production of hundreds of video lessons, and the challenge went far beyond simply pressing the record button.

With this volume of material, the main challenge for any institution is logistics. It was necessary to guarantee the aesthetic and didactic excellence that the college's name carries and, at the same time, create a workflow that could handle the acquisition, editing, revision, and agile deliveries.

How we produce the online video lessons for Faculdade Cásper Líbero.

We approached the project as an end-to-end operation and set up an audiovisual production pipeline focused on organization and standardization. To bring the project to life, we worked on several fronts simultaneously.

• Set design. We created a recording environment aligned with the college's visual identity and functional for the professors.
• Animated graphics package. To provide didactic support for the content, we developed the entire visual identity using motion graphics, including lower thirds (lettering), vignettes, transitions, and animated graphics, always in accordance with the institution's visual identity.
• Filming and editing on a large scale. We organize field trip days in conjunction with the course coordinator to optimize the teachers' schedules. In post-production, we set up a dedicated workflow to break down, assemble, and finalize the lessons with dynamism and an appropriate pace.
• Managing the volume of videos and deliveries. We implemented a rigorous and automated organizational system. With hundreds of files and exports, our team managed the delivery traffic and the... approval workflow so that Cásper Líbero would receive the completed material on schedule, ready to be uploaded to the distance learning platform.
