The partnership between Silvertake Video and Rede Batista de Educação already promised significant innovations in the educational field. When we faced the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, this collaboration proved to be essential in quickly adapting to the emerging needs of distance learning. Together, we developed an effective strategy for the production and editing of remote video classes, ensuring the continuity of educational excellence with more than 1,500 edited classes and more than 200 captured and edited directly by our team, all delivered with the highest quality and in record time.

We implemented an innovative workflow to manage the production, editing and approval of video class content in an automated manner, overcoming the physical barriers imposed by the pandemic.

• Automation of the Approval Process: We created an automated system that facilitated the review and approval of the 1500 video classes by the various educators, maintaining academic rigor and the integrity of the content.
• Editing and Standardization: In addition to adding vignettes and performing audio processing to unify the visual presentation, our team took care of editing the classes, incorporating visual elements that enriched the didactic delivery.
• Adapted and Safe Production: Respecting health safety guidelines, we formed a compact but extremely efficient team to record more than 200 classes, demonstrating our ability to adapt operations to maintain quality under any circumstances.
