Baptist Education NetworkSilvertake and the Baptist Education Network were already working together when the COVID-19 pandemic created an urgent need for distance learning. The partnership was essential for a rapid adaptation to this new scenario.
Together, we developed a strategy for producing and editing remote video lessons, ensuring the continuity of education. We edited over 1,500 lessons and captured and edited more than 200 directly by our team, all delivered with quality and in record time.
How we produced the Baptist Network's distance learning video lessons during the pandemic.
We implemented a production and approval workflow to manage the recording, editing, and approval of video lessons in an automated way, overcoming the physical barriers imposed by the pandemic.
- Automated approval. We created an automated system that facilitated the review and approval of the 1,500 video lessons by various educators, while maintaining academic rigor and content integrity.
- Editing and standardization. Our team edited the lessons, added interludes, and performed audio processing to unify the presentation. We also incorporated visual elements that enriched the didactic delivery.
- Adapted and safe production. Following health and safety guidelines, we assembled a compact and efficient team to record over 200 lessons, maintaining quality even under these circumstances.
