IGTI | Video for Online Event

Silvertake worked with IGTI again, this time to create a promotional video for the online event "Disruptive Revolution." The goal was to attract a broad audience and promote the event across multiple channels: the website's sales page, email marketing campaigns, and a version adapted for WhatsApp.

To achieve this, the piece was constructed as a dynamic motion graphics animation, driven by a professional voiceover. Since the same video would be circulating on so many different channels, it needed to grab attention within the first few seconds and quickly make it clear what the event was about and why it was worth attending.

How we produced the promotional video for IGTI's Disruptive Revolution.

To highlight the innovative nature of the "Disruptive Revolution," we use techniques of motion graphics in a video that clearly communicated the value and importance of participating in the event. Animation, narration, and versions for each channel were planned together from the beginning.

• Dynamic motion graphics. We used fluid animations and striking visual elements to create a vibrant digital environment that reflected the spirit of the event.
• Professional voice-over work. The narration was selected and produced to complement the images and deliver the message clearly and firmly.
• Multichannel adaptation. The video was designed to work across different platforms and reach the target audience through the sales page, email marketing campaigns, and WhatsApp sharing.

The promotional video broadened the reach of “Disruptive Revolution” and reinforced IGTI's presence at technology education events. With a single animation adapted for each channel, IGTI now had a consistent outreach tool to invite the public to register and participate in the event. The combination of visual and narrative strategy helped engage potential participants at all points of contact in the outreach.
