Cásper Líbero College needed to expand and structure its distance learning (EAD) curriculum. The project required the production of hundreds of video lessons, but the challenge went far beyond simply pressing the record button.
Given the volume of material, the main challenge for any institution is logistics. It was necessary to guarantee not only the aesthetic and didactic excellence that the college's name carries, but also to create a workflow that supported the agile capture, editing, revision, and delivery of materials.
Silvertake took on the project as an end-to-end operation, developing an audiovisual production pipeline focused on organization and standardization.
To bring the project to life, we worked on several fronts simultaneously:
Scenography: We created a recording environment aligned with the college's visual identity, ensuring the space was functional for the professors.
Animated Graphics Package: To provide didactic support for the content, we developed the entire visual identity in motion graphics. This included lower thirds (lettering), vignettes, transitions, and animated titles, while maintaining the institution's visual identity.
Large-Scale Filming and Editing: We structured the field trip days in conjunction with the course coordinator to optimize the teachers' schedules. In post-production, we set up a dedicated workflow to break down, assemble, and finalize the lessons in a dynamic way and at an appropriate pace.
Video Volume Management and Delivery: We implemented a rigorous and automated organizational system. With hundreds of files and exports, our team managed the delivery traffic and approvals so that Cásper Líbero received the finalized material on schedule, ready to upload to the e-learning platform.
The workflow designed by Silvertake absorbed all the technical and logistical management complexities, delivering hundreds of lessons. If you have demands with many deliverables, contact Silvertake Video.
